Complete Roof Removal & Preparation
Careful removal of old shingles and disposal of debris. (Additional layers, if found, are removed)
Inspection of the underlying decking for any damage.
Replacement of all damaged roof decking as needed
Roof Installation
Installation of T-style drip edge along roof edges to redirect water flow and prevent damage.
Ice & water protection barrier applied along eaves and valleys (slows water infiltration but does not prevent all ice damming).
High-quality synthetic underlayment installed across the remaining roof surface for additional protection
Starter shingles and CertainTeed Landmark dimensional shingles installed for superior durability and aesthetics.
Final Installations and Ventilation
New wall and pipe flashings to seal all roof weak points and intrusions.
Broan® vents with dampers installed to ensure proper ventilation without risking security.
Continuous ridge vent system for improved attic ventilation and air flow.
Custom sheet metal counter flashing installed around chimneys(if applicable), to prevent water filtration.
Finishing Touches, Cleanup and Inspection
Gutter cover re-installation(if applicable).
May not retain their original appearance if reused.
Thorough magnet sweep for nails throughout entire work area, and full debris removal.
Equipment and excess materials are cleared from the site.
Each one of our roofs is subjected to a comprehensive final inspection to verify that every detail meets our standard of excellence before final sign-off.
